We are also excited to announce our next in-person event, which will take place on January 8th, back at The Ned. During the event, our founder, Sabrina Fox, will present for the first time ever “The Framework” for covenant analysis.
The Framework breaks down legal analysis for any leveraged finance contract into discrete constituent elements, allowing for a powerful conceptual understanding. Armed with The Framework, our clients will be empowered to analyze any deal, whether inhigh yield, leveraged loan or private credit.
