Second only to our passion for creating the best educational covenant content available is our drive to provide the best possible learning experience for those who take our course. That’s why we’ve taken every step possible to ensure that there are educational options suited to anyone, tailored to each individual’s learning style.
Our Module Structure
We have created a bespoke online university-style learning platform. Within this you’ll find nine educational modules expertly designed by leveraged finance covenant expert Sabrina Fox. Each module is broken down into smaller lessons to promote understanding of each individual concept.
Each module also has its own quiz attached so that students can track their learning as they progress through the course, preparing them for success when they reach the final exam.
Video Lessons
Our lessons have been professionally filmed at live teaching events with students representing various roles in the leveraged finance market in attendance. This promotes a real classroom feel for our online learners whilst also enabling them to learn at their own pace from any location on any device they would like.
All supporting materials for the course are available for students to view or download individually alongside each lesson.
Case Studies and Supporting Materials
Case studies and the utilisation of real-life examples of the language our students study are a fundamental part of our teaching method. We want our students to be able to walk away from lessons with more than just a onceptual understanding of they’ve learned, but also having seen actual languageused in context.
Alongside our use of case studies, we have a full annotated offering memorandum adapted from a an actual deal on our platform that can be referred to directly from any of our lessons. This allows our students to take what they’ve learned on our curriculum and put that knowledge into action in away that directly relates to their day-to-day roles.
Live Events and Expert Interactions
We are very proud of our online platform, but we also love teaching live and aiding our students directly. This is why we have a number of live events and digital sessions to support the learning process and to expand our offering so it is not just a static curriculum, but an ever-evolving industry expert resource.
We host a live in-person events in London every quarter, and these are open to all our member firms. At these events the inspiring Sabrina Fox tackles not only subject matter raised by our students from the course, but also crucial topics that are affecting the leveraged finance industry right now. To ensure we can explore these topics from all angles, we also invite guest speakers. Most recently we hosted Houlihan Lokey, who presented on the financial restructuring perspective at our distressed covenant analysis event. .
In addition to our in-person events, Sabrina hosts a liveonline Zoom Q&A every fortnight where she dives into areas of the courseand interacts with our students directly to assist in their learning of the coursework and current covenant challenges they encounter in their roles.
Our online platform also has an active student community. There students can get their questions answered and engage with other students and our experts.
