Our Covenant Analysis Step-by-Step Video Series Starts Next Week
We have been busy at Fox Legal Training engaging with our students, who have told us that they love the clear and concise covenant analysis break downs provided to them in our online covenant curriculum.
We’ve decided to make a series of those lessons available to the market. In the series, we take you step-by-step through covenant analysis across each key area of the covenant package.
The first video in the series takes viewers step-by-step through the Capital Structure and Credit Support analysis and is designed to be read together with our recent blog on subordination risk, Analysing Point A - Capital Structure & Credit Support.
The next video in the series will go step-by-step through the Debt & Liens analysis, and will be published together with a blog charting the course from Point A (the day one capital structure analysis) to Point B (how that picture could change down the line).
Then we will go step-by-step through the Restricted Payments Covenant, highlighting the key risks relating to value loss, following which we will take you step-by-step through the Asset Sales Covenant analysis flagging key risks along the way.
Finally, we will share a step-by-step analysis for the Change of Control Covenant, with an emphasis on portability and the permitted holder definition.
