The Best of Both Worlds for Covenant Education
Students of FLT’s Leveraged Finance Covenant Training get the best of both worlds – a comprehensive online covenant curriculum available on-demand and across devices, and periodic live events where we deep dive how the materials covered in the course come into play in their day-to-day roles.
We are excited to be hosting our first-ever live event for students in Central London tomorrow, and we added a session for those not yet signed up but interested to hear more about our first-of-its-kind online education platform.
Our live events will take place quarterly, allowing us to convey information that has the most value to our clients, keeping them on the cutting edge of market trends and emerging transactional flexibilities.
This event will focus on key covenant risks to consider in distressed scenarios, with brand new material designed – like all of our curriculum – to create a framework for covenant analysis that our students can rely on during these critical times.
I will begin the session with a presentation on covenant provisions that give borrowers flexibility to conduct liability management potentially to the detriment of lenders. We have also reserved time for questions – just like our online course, which provides multiple channels for students to clarify topics in the training, we want to be sure that the information lands and welcome questions on the day or submitted in advance.
